Sheryll did a beautiful job with a tricky combination of people and property transactions. We are a large family (10 siblings) with many interactions. My sister was the purchaser of the new house, but two of us traveled with her and walked through the process with her. Our sister's need of a home without steps, and with no future accessibility issues, including bathrooms, was a tall order. She needed long term viability in her new home. Sheryll managed to help us find that and walk us through the process. Sheryll patiently fielded questions from all three of us, and interacted with us in a positive upbeat fashion that made the whole process actually fun. None of us live inn Missoula, so we needed a lot of interaction from Sheryl and quite a bit of guidance, since we had owned our houses in excess of 25 years. The selling, buying, and financing process has changed quite a bit over those years. Sheryl has kept up with all those changes! The selling of the house in a different city to help finance the home my sister was purchasing had glitches. Sheryll was the more calming and balanced voice as we worked toward solutions during those stressful times. She really did a superb job. I had an opportunity to work with Sheryll while selling my home in Julian California. it was a challenging sale as what had been one property was now legally split into two separate addresses. I wanted to sell both at once and the buyer only wanted one. Sheryll was very helpful and skilled in negotiating with they buyer making it clear that if he wanted the one house he would have to buy both. It took a great deal of back and forth, carefully making sure the buyer was qualified to get both. It was all concluded within a month. Both addresses were sold as one sale. I felt very protected in the piles of paperwork the had to be prepared.. All happened without a hitch.
